Most weeks your phone should ring more than it does.
Kurgel Digital Marketing runs paid advertising for Australian local service businesses spending $1,000 to $3,000 a month on ads.
A 15-minute call. You'll know by the end of it whether this is worth doing.
If you've tried to hire this out, you already know the shape of it.
Ring a real agency at $1,500 a month and the quote either doesn't come back, or it comes back with a junior's name on it and you never hear from them again. Your account doesn't cover what it costs them to service it properly, so it doesn't get serviced properly.
Go the other way and you get someone cheap and available who's running it part-time between other jobs. No testing, no production, and a report that's a screenshot of the ads manager.
There's real money in the middle and not much sitting in it.
We run your ads. You get told what they cost and what they brought back.
End to end: the strategy, the creative, the landing page, the tracking and the reporting. Not a channel at a time, and not a list of tasks you have to project-manage.
Every account has a spend figure attached, so there's always a number to judge the work against. That's the point of doing it this way.
Built to your spend, not ours
The tier is agreed with you before any work starts, and it doesn't move mid-engagement.
You deal with me
Not an account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet.
The number comes first
Every report opens with what went out and what came back. Everything else is detail.
What we turn down.
No work without ad spend attached
No exceptions. If you want a website, a logo or a social calendar with no campaign running to it, that's a real job and we're not the ones to do it.
Nothing under $1,000 a month in ad spend
The floor is there to filter, not to earn. Under it we can't do the work properly and you'd be paying for the pretence that we could.
No single channels sold on their own
SEO, web and social get done when they serve a live campaign. Sold separately they're a way of billing you without being accountable for anything.
The work.
Kurgel's first client account is live and running. Nothing's published yet — results go up here when the client has agreed to it and there are enough weeks of data to say something honest about.
We'd rather have an empty page than a made-up one.
What happens next.
A 15-minute call
What you sell, who buys it, what you've spent so far and what happened. Mostly questions from our side.
A tier and a number
What we'd run, what it costs, what your spend needs to be. In writing, before anything starts.
Live inside two weeks
Campaigns built, tracking in, first report at the end of week one.
Worth a conversation?
Fifteen minutes on the phone, no pitch deck. Tell us about the business and we'll come back with a couple of times that suit.
